I normally have a regular mechanic, but I came here because it was Saturday around 3:10 p.m., they were listed as being open until 5:00 p.m., and I had an emergency. My car would randomly fail to start even though it has a brand-new battery and a new key fob battery. I explained the issue to the staff, who were polite, but everyone, including the mechanics, seemed to be standing around and no one appeared to be working on vehicles at the time.
