I have had a horrible experience at this salon with Eden. I was SO excited to get my hair done and had put money aside for it. I came in to get my hair balayaged and felt I had thoroughly communicated my desires for my hair and was told it was more than doable. My hair was over processed and I was in the chair for 6 hours. For at least 3 of those hours she left the bleach on. After she washed my hair I touched the ends and it came out in clumps. I met Jehnice for the first time and absolutely loved her services and interaction. She is caring about offering the best experience- including sanitation for the pedicures! Even though my tastes are simple, the mani and pedi were both done well and beautiful. Thank you. I will return!
