This company has closed down for Part D Rx's so this review no longer matters. Revised Oct 27, 2020: I would change my star rating to 3 stars from the 4 showing, but the interface won't let me. I've had reasonable service from this co's mail pharmacy for the three years I've used their Medicare D plan's mail order option. This company is an abomination. There’s no way they should be allowed to participate in the healthcare of people. The ineptitude, poor communication, terrible technology, and archaic policies prevent the distribution of ANY medication. RUN, do not walk,away from this company. Any health plan who chooses to affiliate with this company should be held liable for negligence.
I had continual problems with this incompetent company, and I'm very glad to be leaving. I asked to do everything electronically... the clerk said "okay," but, in fact, nothing is electronic. Everything is phone or snail mail. It's as if it was set up about 1990, and it was cutting edge for the time, but TOTALLY OUTDATED!!!
