I switched from the 24-hour Walgreens in Dearborn Heights to Elixir Pharmacy for several reasons, but the two main ones were that Walgreens never answered their phone and was always out of stock on my two medications. Since switching to Elixir Pharmacy, my experience has been amazing—I haven’t had a single issue. I visited Elixir to inquire about transferring from a big chain pharmacy. I was greeted by Rameses the Pharmacist. He made my feel welcome from the start and ensured me he can take care of my Pharmaceutical needs. He put my information in and right away talk to me about my best course of action for a medication I was paying through the roof for. I appreciated the way he made me feel important and didn't rush. Best pharmacy by far. Extremely polite and friendly. It’s definitely a much better experience than going to any of the chain drug stores.
