I love Elixir Nails! They have been taking care of my manicure and pedicure since 2018! All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the services!
I strongly do not recommend this nail salon. I came last Tuesday for nail extensions, and now it’s Thursday night—and four of the ten extensions have already fallen off. I paid over $70, and it didn’t even last ten days. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have never experienced anything like this. They all need to be redone!
I paid $50 for a dip manicure plus a $10 tip. Kevin never addressed my cuticles, did not provide any lotion after and left my nails lumpy and bumpy and spots without color. In less than 1 week one of the nails failed all together, I was talked into dip vs my normal gel because it last longer......well after I returned to see about getting my 1 nail fixed not only was I delt with very rude, I was quoted a long wait and the fact that I would nees to pay to have them fix their inferior product. Asked for mani pedi Gave me mani then acted as if inconvenience to do my pedi it's only 5:30 they close at 7 Unsure what problem was but left Poor customer experience go anywhere but here
