DON'T GO THERE. Shanna burnt my daughter's beautiful hair. We showed her a picture of the highlights we wanted which was a brown color. But Shanna gave blonde-Grey color highlights. My daughter was so upset. I had spent $275 to fix my daughter's hair. Shanna has Groupon add , which she won't take. Shanna doesn't listen to the customers, she does it the way she wants .

He cut my hair so carelessly. Even I showed him my favorite haircut photos, he didn’t pay attention to it. Now I have to bye a wig to wear, until I don’t know 6 or 7 months that my hair grows back. He was like” Are you crying for your hair?!!! It grows back very soon!😠”

I had a hair cut and styling done by Walter of Austria (European Hair Design). I did a walk in early at 9 am without calling or setting up an appointment. I was greeted by a nice older man with a pretty cool hair style! I asked if someone can give me a last minute haircut and he said he would be delighted to. He burned my hair with bleach, he’s so careless, unprofessional and unresponsible. I was so shocked and crying for my burned hair, his response was “ don’t worry about your hair, it grows fast!”
