We called Elitte out to service our tank, a tech came out, poked around for 10 min and said he couldn't find the tank. Several days later we got a bill for $175 for the 10-minute trip charge. Then was told it would be $300/hr to put a camera down to find the tank. Doing some research I found another company (Stinky Pinky) that came out, and found the tank in 10 min with no problems, no service fee or trip fee. They only charged to pump.
