Problems with our old ac units were rather complex, one requiring a new unit and the other, one thing leading to another. But Tristan was very straightforward and communicative, keeping us informed with each step until everything came together and we’re cool again! The whole team at Elite RV are capable and friendly and I shall return with whatever issues arise with our aged camper.
