The entire team at Elite Rv is amazing! Our rig suffered the dreaded frame flex while traveling to Florida for vacation. Great service very happy with Generator work done.
I do not recommend this company. My RV stayed there for almost a month just to get an evaluation. I brought it in for a simple repair, and I ended up being charged around $7,000 for awnings and I stabilizer jack repair that’s i never approved. They also charged $500 just to inspect issues I had already identified.and pointed out when I dropped the trailer. We had the flex armor roof put on. From quote to completion, our experience was exceptional. Our service advisor, Jenn, kept us informed through the whole process. We also had the floor repaired. Triston was our service advisor as Jenn started her maternity leave. Congrats Jenn! Triston kept us informed during the process.
