Buyer beware. We paid for a year subscription...$2,200 and received zero quality leads. BuildingConnected on the other hand has a free account which we landed multiple jobs from. Be extremely careful if you do subscribe and don't want to renew. The account manager I spoke with was extremely rude and basically tells you, "Too bad, you should have paid closer attention". I worked here as both a SDR & AE. Product is trash, everyone knows it internally. employees are treated horribly and many practices are questionable at best. I would not recommend doing business with.
This company will not stop sending me spam and phish mail. I have unsubscribed tons of time. The emails looks like they come from contractors but they are their spam mail.
I would give them zero stars if it was possible.. I tried using their program for a year and didn’t land one single bid.. Just like the other ones people are looking for the cheapest bidder so the only way you’ll get the job is if you lose money… The problem came when I tried to cancel.. There’s a button on their website that says cancel now and it doesn’t work.. By the time we get a hold of them, they tell us we have to cancel 15 days before renewal or you’ll get charged for another year.. (it doesn’t say this on their webs... read more
