I too am now just having parts fail. It is just over the 5 year point so no warranty. But....now their phone number is out of service? And this after repeated calls and messages. I'm happy to replace and pay for parts. ARE YOU STILL THERE?
Broken chair. My chair is still under warranty. None of the service contact #s work and it appears that the company is now out of business
Very easy to purchase and received invoice only hours later. Can't wait for the chair to arrive.
I am happy with the chair but with less than 5 years the robopad massage chair I have is in badlly need of service beacuse the kneading gears subassembly plastice housing was broken brittle and crak. Getting the service support team to schedule and take care of it is a nightmare.
Just got our Alphasonic from Elite and my wife loves it!!!! Great service and delivery. Easy set up. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment for my wife. This already is a great xmas for her and I. Thank you to everyone at Elite and have a Merry Xmas!!
