DJ was a delight! He arrived timely and diagnosed the problem quickly. He performed the repair efficiently and effectively (no more leaking washing machine - YEAH!). He was brisk, pleasant and tidy. Exceptional young professional!
Had a scheduled appointment today and they said they would be here from 12:30-1:00pm. Called and confirmed the day of and they told me they were on their way. Got a text at 1:50 with the classic “Got a flat tire, I’ll be there once I fix it”. Tried reaching out a few time and they even answered and then hung up once. Spent my whole Sunday around waiting for a technician to show up. Wouldn’t even give me the common courtesy to say they wouldn’t make it. Not sure how you can do business like that. Take your business elsewhere.

Yes! I absolutely will recommend comfort could future potential customers. Mr. V recently serviced my general electric refrigerator, and through each aspect of the repair, I he explained to my satisfaction the nature of the problem and the resolution. Mr. V. was patient with his explanation and and timely with the repair. Again, I will recommend.
