Shout out to my Personal trainer Chad Flowers. Came to him looking for a form coach, I have a protruding disk so that means every movement I do has to be exactly precise. If not I risk weeks out on injury and I have a bodybuilding goal to accomplish. He has been extremely helpful and understanding about my injury and my need to push myself past limits. Love the environment and the trainers. Can’t beat the price for small classes and the time the coaches are able to spend with you !

Don't waste your time with this. 🙅‍♀️ I'm in the hole for 1440 because chad decided to take on another job, & close his gym. I was supposed to get 6 months worth of Personal Training.. I recieved maybe 3. Unreliable, and unresponsive now.. because he knows he's been caught

I'm a pretty picky person so this review is my honest opinion 😁 I emailed the owner several months back about my teenage son who was dealing with some body image issues which I felt was causing some depression. He responded in a very timely manner and was more than willing to help. I explained that if my son knew he knew, he would never give it a try.
