I went to a boot camp and got an amazing workout! Not only was it free but it also included a free stretch class before the boot camp. Afterwards, there was a free 7 minute massage with a partnering business and a sampling of products. This was such an amazing way to advertise this business and allow people of all ages and fitness levels an opportunity to workout and have fun! Selton, Jabary, and Fred are all excellent trainers—they push you out of your comfort zone in the best way. I’m down 10 pounds, and I’m truly grateful for each of them. Consistency is the key. And on the days when I can’t make it to a training session, Selton sends me the workouts so I can stay on track.

I inquired about the 12 week program this company advertised on social media. When I asked about the times of training and the cost, I was given the run around and told ‘We don't have a set price for our program, it's kind of like when you call a mechanic and tell them your car has some damage they can't really give you an exact quote until they take a look under the hood. This was my first time at this gym and first time strength training with a trainer and I felt so supported. Selton was really helpful and encouraging- he helped me with my form and while the workout was challenging, I really enjoyed it. The gym atmosphere was also really welcoming !

Scheduling a consultation was a breeze. Selton is very responsive, and helpful. The workouts are tailored to your individual goals. I love that you work out with other people, community and fitness goes hand in hand for me. Exactly the setting I was looking for.
