Same exact experience as M S. Excellent communication and response at first but once the ceramic coat didn't hold up and he promised to do a second coat this winter he won't call me back. His guys do good teak work but the ceramic coating faded within a month and I've texted, emailed and called many times and he just won't reply. It's been 6 months. Total silence. What was initially a very positive experience has turned very negative over the summer of 2022. Hired David and his crew to perform a ceramic coating job with a warranty of two years and a site visit when touch up was needed. After attempting to reach out to Elite and schedule a visit for touch up work (still under warranty) I have been ignored for three plus months now.
