I ordered some parts via their Web Site and received a text message indicating that the parts were out of stock and that my order was cancelled. A few days later, they submitted changes against my credit card TWICE.
I ordered some tiles to put under and around the treadmill area in my home gym. Once they were in, I decided to order more tiles to finish the entire gym area. However, when I ordered more, they did not match at all. I called Eilte Garage floors and was told I should have ordered all of them at once. I explained, I didn't intend to do the whole area originally and decided later to buy more. **************** after the sale is non-existent. I have water leaking between the garage door threshold and the concrete garage floor, and elite xpressions suggested I contact the manufacturer of the sealant used to adhere the threshold to the concrete. They have no technical knowledge of the prodcuts they provide, and as such, are worthless when it comes to providing solutions when the product(s) they sell to the consumer fail. I will take my business elsewhere and regret ever purchasing ANY product from them.

We did respond, he had a scenario that we weren't sure how to answer, so we provide the manufactures contact information. This customer wasn't happy with that response, he wanted us to answer it. I don't know what else we could have done. Manufacture offers a 2 year warranty, and could have certainly provided technical answers that we could not. It's like going to ******* and demanding they show you how to operate an appliance you purchased.
I called and placed an order, I read further into the article and found out that it wasn't really marble I ordered ( deceitful?) I got on their chat immediately to cancel the order. Someone claimed they canceled the order..............but then the order got processed and Im being charged. Very, very sleazy.........Ill be sending it back when it arrives, and they can be out shipping
Elite was wonderful to work with. Haily in the office answered questions by phone and also followed up nicely by email. I would highly recommend them! Scott
