Thank goodness she's retiring. On the one hand I think she is potentially a good doctor. She's cautious. She over uses tests and is well known for it. Is that caution or revenue? She speaks kindly and even hugged me the last visit. I think she cares. However she will write things that are not true on your chart to justify her overuse of diagnostics. Every time I would see her for my annual exam, she would make me wait an hour EACH time. And every time she would tell me I have something I don't. I changed OBs and I had two annual exams with my new OB and my results came back clean. Glad she is closing up.

I would give her zero stars but that’s not an option, my experience with dr. Cohen was absolutely awful and I wouldn’t recommend receiving any type of care from her. She denied me my medical records and I’m still going through trouble getting them from her office even tho it’s illegal to deny me my information. She also told me I’m disrespectful even tho each and every person that works as staff there are rude and don’t know how to do their jobs! I went here for a couple years. I always felt uncomfortable with her. She never seemed to really listen to any concerns of mine in regards to something she wanted me to do. For example, all of the birth controls that she was trying to put me on were giving me major issues and she completely dismissed me and when I told her I don’t think that the birth control route is for me she seemed like she got upset and almost felt like she was trying to force it on me anyway. What doctors office just doesn't answer a phone? Or have a voicemail stating why they are closed on a usual day they should be open?! Have been trying to contact the office ALL DAY BECAUSE SHE SENT IN THE WRONG SCRIPT. I'm sorry but your patients deserve a little more! Even if the dr isn't in, she should have someone in the office taking calls! NO ONE IS ANSWERING. even called the neighboring dr office to leave them a note to call me back. So unprofessional!!!!!!
