Experience could’ve been better. Waited about 50 minutes to be seen just to feel rushed. If my appointment is for 3:45 then the doctor/technician etc needs to be ready around that time. No point in being on time just to wait nearly an hour. And to say the very least, one of the employees that I was seeing along the way lacked common sense.

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience at my appointment today. My appointment was scheduled for 1:45 PM, and by 2:50 PM I had still not been seen. After I brought this to staff’s attention, a practitioner came in about 15 minutes later and explained there had been complications with another patient.While I understand that unexpected situations happen, the lack of communication was disappointing. If I could put -1 I would do it, I had my pregnancy follow-up here, it was very long to wait at each appointment to only attend me for a few minutes and always by the assistants, when the day of delivery arrived the doctor arrived almost two hours late and it was a terrible experience, not at all careful and zero empathy. Even so, I decided to have a postpartum appointment at this clinic, where I waited more than an hour just to tell me to come back in 3 weeks, really very bad service!!!

I am deeply saddened to hear about the loss of Dr. Susan Orhan. My heartfelt condolences go out to her family and colleagues during this incredibly difficult time. She will be in my thoughts and prayers 🤲
