I was patient of Dr. Susan Orhan. That was fantastic human and professional. Few months ago, I was looking for an appointment, scheduled one without being told that she has passed away. After completed scheduling I was told she is no longer with us and that Dr. Ranae Yakey will take over. I do not like when a possibility of me having a choice is taken away from me. I have been a patient with Dr orhan for over 20 years. And to find out she's not there anymore and no one can fill my prescription and the office doesn't return my calls. I feel like this office is more focused on giving you Botox and bull crap!!!
This was my second pregnancy with this clinic. It was heartbreaking that Dr. Orhan passed away, and things understandably didn't flow quite the same afterward. The main reason I chose to stay with the practice was because of Jennifer O. Jennifer has delivered two of my children, and thanks to her skill and care, I didn't need stitches with either delivery. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled OB appointment and checked in at the front desk. After waiting for over an hour, I went back to the reception desk to ask how much longer the wait would be. That is when I was informed that I had never actually been checked in. Because of the office's mistake, I ended up waiting an hour and 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time without anyone realizing I was still in the waiting room.
