I've given blood here, but the test results haven't come out. I took the test sometime in July, and there are no results in October.
My main concern is the lack of punctuality with scheduled appointments. For example, if an appointment is scheduled for 2:15 PM, I may not receive a call until 3:00 PM or even later. This causes unnecessary delays and inconvenience. I would appreciate it if appointments could be handled on time or if patients were notified in advance of any delays.
Bad experience with the front desk. Before you come here make sure you triple verify the information and for what they create appointment for you. I had to drive 1h to their clinic and the appointment was wrong. Super frustrating
No respect for your time, very upset
They have absolutely no respect for your time. The worst office crew ever. Expect 2 hrs waiting before seeing your doctor.
