I've been with this practice since about 2016, seeing Dr.orhan for that long! Not only was she a amazing Gynecologist but also OB. I'm glad she got to deliver my last three babies, when I heard of her passing truly broke my heart! She will be missed 😢 💔.. if you ladies need to be seen i recommend jessica NP or Jennifer midwife, this practice is truly busy, please give them patience.
Dr Orhan was amazing. She had a way of comforting you exactly when you needed it. She will be sorely missed.
Its been a month and im still waiting for my pap and blood works results. I keep calling and always get told i will have them by end of the day… time to find another doctor.
Experience could’ve been better. Waited about 50 minutes to be seen just to feel rushed. If my appointment is for 3:45 then the doctor/technician etc needs to be ready around that time. No point in being on time just to wait nearly an hour. And to say the very least, one of the employees that I was seeing along the way lacked common sense.
Unfortunately, I had a poor experience at my appointment today. My appointment was scheduled for 1:45 PM, and by 2:50 PM I had still not been seen. After I brought this to staff’s attention, a practitioner came in about 15 minutes later and explained there had been complications with another patient.While I understand that unexpected situations happen, the lack of communication was disappointing.
