Beware, a guy with a co mingled emblem on his shirt DIRECTV/DISH told me if I did the DIRECTV package he would make sure that my DISH would be cancelled and to expect the boxes to pack the old equipment in. I verified 3 times and was he reassured me. BS, it cost me paying extra 2 months of both services as the Direct/TV and Dish claim no affiliation to this non performing company.
Chingooon witch i mean that they help alot like big time on anything or any type of problem with phones or with any of the other services that they offer! especially that new girl that its been working there for like a year i gesss ..! its been long that i have seeen her there.! and all the great service her personlity its great! And her sirvice just greater then perfecti gess her name its esmeralda shes the best.!
Do not give this company your business! I walked in to ask a few questions about the new law and my options. He sat there with his head phones on listening to his phone for about 5 min before even saying hi as stood right in front of him. He only removed one earpiece to half ass listen to my question. A co-worker and I stopped by on Wednesday afternoon to leave some business cards and properly introduce ourselves. As I opened the door all i got was some girl pop her head from behind the counter. Considering it was absolutely empty I imagined getting a better welcome.
