Do not be fooled. Elite was recommended to me by several folks but our experience has been less than mediocre. Andrew Stockton was a good salesman, but something is shady with this company. Four different phone numbers and none of them connect me with Andrew. Messages "marked urgent" don't matter, as he hasn't returned any phone calls. I was told he would be on-site for the installation but I never saw him. His installers tell me they are having a hard time getting in touch with him as well. I've been renovating houses for 40 years. I paid for 17 replacement windows from this group and they ran with the check. After months of tracking them down I finally did so with a warrant into Powhatan District Court. Case GV23-118. This is a desperate company and I would not do business in any form with them. They have new people every week and a long history of bad reviews. If you warehouse your windows, this may lead you to skip reviews as I did. Read your reviews. Real reviews, not FB. I was very worried when a window started leaking in my new home. The builder came to fix it a few times but still leaking. I was very worried when they told me I had to go through the window company and they were not sure of the warranty. I called and got an appointment pretty quickly. The scheduler was pleasant and efficient. The 2 gentleman came out and knew exactly what was wrong and went to fixing the issue. It took a bit to get the screens, but after speaking with Mr. Stockton, the screens were installed promptly, and they fit! The other windows were beautiful and have been the entire time! Thank you, Mr. Stockton!
Fantastic installation...we love our new windows..they really have made a huge difference to our home. Hats off to Andrew and his crew.
