Had an issue with critters in attic. Thought I would need an exterminator to fix the problem but they don't do the prevention work. Found Todd from an ask on FB and he came out and took detailed pics of all our issues in the attic. He was always very responsive and came out quiclky for a quote and some education with the details and pics. We had been battling an unknown brown stain for several years. We had 4 pest control/wildlife companies evaluate our concerns over the last 2 years. They all said something different, but assured us it was not organic or animal related. Then we called Todd.
