Has Rotator Cuff Surgery in June, 6 months later the pain is worse than before surgery. They will not do a prior approval so that I could get an MRI to determine why I am still having such severe pain, was told by Leon the practice "WE'RE TOO BUSY TO DO PRIOR APPROVALS, find a MRI facility that will do the PA and we'll give you a script". Really, there too busy for their existing patients. Looking for a new surgeon!

Fantastic approach to health! Both Dr Nuzzi and Dr Claus are terrific chiros. Karen gives the best massage and has great depth and knowledge. The staff is friendly helpful and nicest people! I always feel fantastic when I leave their office. I highly recommend a visit!
