All the staff are super knowledgeable and great motivators, they are always giving support and make sure you are training hard!
My son has begun seeing Ben for recovery/prep sessions prior to or after pitching. He’s commented on the fact that he can’t remember a time his arm felt this good. This is especially important this summer with a heavy showcase schedule. He also deals with a lot of tightness in his back after pitching. Sessions with Ben have also made a big impact here as well. Elite Wellness was recommended to us by trusted friends and we will recommend them as well!
