Over the past 4 years we have gone to Elite Water for any of our water softening needs. Each time they’ve been responsive, professional and provided affordable pricing. On Friday morning we called to report our system not functioning. Michael was very prompt and communicative. He came the same day and advised us that a new system was needed.
