From reading the reviews, it seems that this company is no longer in business. I was not notified that this was the case and am in need of my equipment to be serviced. Can someone please help me get in contact with anyone that can help? I too spent $9,000 dollars on this set up and feel as thought I may have wasted my money.
We purchased this product in 2020 and need machine serviced and more filters. Who can we contact in Leland, NC? And to add to everyone on the list we too spent $8K!!!
We should've spent our money elsewhere ð??ª. Our products never arrive well not the ones we order since 2020. Twice we have received weird orders. Then nothing after that. Absolutely no service whatsoever no working contact number. ð??? SMH. We paid 10k for our system to go in our new house. Maintenance & supplies were all part of the contract. Now they have my $$ and have gone MIA.

I invested in Elite Water Systems in March 2020 for 7816.00. A part of the contract was that we would be provided free cleaning and washing detergent's yearly for investing; with the exception of the products given to us at the time of installation, we have received nothing in 2 years. Horrible!! Gave me a broke system and now they have gone out of business is what I was told. Called the number I was given and no one answersð??¡ Only had a year and they had to come out 2times plus now I need someone.

Short and simple. When installing, one guy broke one of our cabinets door. Secondly the filter doesn't work. It's supposed to be solar, but it doesn't turn on or do anything. Will never ever recommend!

I want to get rid of my system. They come around and tell you something is wrong with your water. But there is nothing wrong. Also you don't find out how much it cost to get your system serviced until they send you a blue form telling you. This was the worst purchase ever and it doesn't even work. Plus you are stuck with a hug bill.
