Would leave 0 Stas if I could. I call because we need our system uninstalled because we are moving and we were promised a free uninstall/reinstall. They pass my information off to ecohome innovations because they no longer have service department. The tried to help but don't have a plumber in our area so they pass us back to elite. Then I get told they can't honor it because they don't have a service department. So I short we can't help you. Want my system removed after they said it could be removed at any time when we signed the contract and now they say I have to contact the finance company about it because it’s not their problem.
poor soliciting and when I called to be removed person acted like I was over reacting.
