Terrible service for a litany of reasons: -bus arrived over 2 hours late, and during this 2 hours we received multiple incorrect estimates on when the bus would be here (15 minutes away, now 30 minutes, now it'll be any second, now 10 more minutes, etc.) -3 employees who were visibly high and smelled of marijuana arrived with the bus, and 2 of them drove their own cars and had to park them at our house. Not sure what 3 people were needed for, as the 2 not driving the bus did not do much of anything except look at their phone... read more
I am truly disappointed to be writing this review. I assumed this was a reputable company, so i booked this for my wife’s 30th birthday. I regret it completely… they were 3 hours late. I was lied to over and over about the time they would be there. We almost canceled because we thought it was a scam. They finally arrived, but then drove in circles trying to find diesel gas. What a great experience! We hired Elite Voyage for Prom, and we will do it again! Mr. Blake stayed in contact with me and made sure kids were all accounted for- could not have had a better experience! So grateful!
We hired Elite Voyage Party Bus for my daughter’s prom which transported 30+ kids and I think they had more fun on the bus than the actual prom! Bus was huge, clean and modern, highly recommend!
