Horrible customer service and wanted a recheck 6 months after last visit to change contacts to one distance and one reader. When I went in December I asked about a refund for glasses as I was going to contacts and that was a nightmare. I don’t mind paying when service is there but so sad. They want a $60 copay out of pocket when I was ordering the change from them.
A big shout out to Elite Vision. I have my niece that is PCS’ing to New York. A stop to SA to visit family before they head out. She breaks her glasses. The awesome staff got her into some new frames. Thank you for taking care of our Veterans and our Leon Springs Community!
I just found out that a young man at Elite sold me 2 expensive sets of Oakley and Rayban sunglasses a year ago but failed to disclose that the tinted lenses did not protect my eyes from basic UV rays until I went back in today for another set a year later.. The cost to correct their error is almost $300. More than the cost is the likely damage caused to my eyes for using sunglasses that are not sunglasses at all.
