Elite Vend (or Vending Service Network?). They only work with chains, but nonetheless their customer service is terrible.
They never return your calls or emails and they do not service their machines. They simply do not care about their customers at all. They broke tile and the door frame in my building, as well as left a giant black stain under the soda machine, so they moved the couch over 10ft to cover the stain. They did nothing to fix it after i filed several complaints. Completely unprofessional. Do not use them!
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I haven't been paid a dime by Elite Vend in the 3+ years ive worked here while servicing their vending machines. They never answer there phones or call you back. When you leave a voicemail, someone from the company shows up unannounced 1-2 weeks later and BS's you, telling you things are going to be corrected, and nothing ever happens.
