I had the best service with this company from the person who answered the phone to the driver who picked me up to the bus I booked, I called several times and always had a pleasant person answering the phone she helped with everything I needed and made it easy to book, the driver was early and was so nice and friendly he helped us get to all the best locations and helped us get connected to bluetooth so we played our favorite music and this bus had 2 poles so we danced and had a blast! I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking a party bus with Elite Ultra Bus in Miami, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Everything about this company, from the condition of the bus to their abysmal customer service, left me utterly dissatisfied. First and foremost, the condition of the bus was appalling. The best experience ever!!! first off the bus was so fun and very much up to par , the communication was amazing and Shon was incredible! such a safe driver as well as the best attitude ever!! I totally would ride again and request Shon for your next party!!
