I had the unfortunate experience of my wheels being stolen off my car. Waking up, ready to go to work and finding your car on jacks with no wheels isn’t the greatest feeling. Elite Tyer & Autocare Sunbury assisted me understanding my circumstances and prioritised me so I could get back in the road again. Return customer for tyre fitment and wheel alignment. Appreciate being accomodated without an appointment. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, attention to detail. Staff are busy but work collaboratively together t0 keep the workshop moving. Did I mention the upgraded customer waiting area with a complementory commercial coffee machine? Room for improvement: for those interested, a paper printout of the wheel alignment with before and after readings. My Honda had a suspension rebuild, so not idle feedback.

Could not have been quicker. The guy at the front was super helpful and made the whole process easy. Dropped my car off and within an hour I was driving away with new tyres fitted. Even better, the final price was cheaper than originally quoted. Highly recommend Elite Tyres Sunbury.
Elite Tyres were excellent in both service and price. Tyre arrived in the late afternoon on the Friday at the start of a long weekend. Old tyre taken off and new tyre fitted just before closing. Couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend.
