They are HORRIBLE they have 2 fees that’s like $25 and $35 on top of your storage fee. They told me by law they can’t collect all of your things in your car. You have to have an appointment to get your car back. I feel bad for anyone who car gets taken by them they break your stuff and close the gate like they don’t know what’s going on. Just horrible need to close this place a junk
They threw my belongings away after the 59th day. I was in clear communication with there staff. Telling them I’m coming to get my stuff, by the 59th day. I even made an appt for a date to pick up. The date would not let me pick the 7th (59th day) so I called there office, and explain I there sure would not let me boom the 7th. The phone lady, open the date (7th) so I can make appt for my belongings… on the 7th )59th day) between 8am-10am them dispose of all my things( 3,000 worth of my stuff) They say it’s in the trash!!
