They were able to do the work my other shop didn’t want to touch. Worked with Dustin from beginning to end. He handled everything question I had, updated me on everything ASAP, and was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Also, the cost was very fair, especially for the amount of diagnosis and work that went into my truck. Hard to find reputable mechanics, but these guys are the real deal!
If you have a paccar and you're having computer issues this is the place. Dustin knows his craft. Alot of mechanics pretend to know things have you spending money on unnecessary things bur not these guys. Tight on space so no Trailers. Thanks again for everything.
Talk of professionalism and elite services; this guys embody all that. My radiator cracked,lost all coolant, and my truck had emergency shutdown. This guys had me in the bay in less than 30 minutes on arrival without an appointment and out the door the following day by 9am and only because of delay in the new radiator delivery. I've been to alot of repair shops but this is pleasantly suprising and unusual in the promptness and top level work ethics.
