Ben has done a few of my cars. With a gradual but consistent pattern of poor workmanship ship. Ben was handed an immaculate car, to install a starlight system. When the car was handed back, he had no idea how to work the starlight and told me to read the instructions. Upon playing around with the starlight, I realised Ben had installed the incorrect (cheaper) starlight which was nothing like I requested.
