One of their drivers just pulled across 169 highway in Spring Hill and they just narrowly missed causing an accident with a box truck and my wheelchair van. We both slammed on our brakes and dodged and I almost had to hit the ditch just to survive. Tried to call the owners, but nobody was available. This company is going out of business soon with a driver like that!!!
They did some work for our neighbors, so you might ask, why am I the one reviewing them? On the first day they blocked our driveway, but that was easy enough to resolve. The next day, they dismantled our lawn ornaments and drove over our lawn, right up next to our house, driving entirely on our property to do this work, and let themselves into our backyard (we have pets), without even knocking on or door or giving us a phone call to let us know, or ask if that is okay. Bad customer service. Cursed at my wife over the phone. Didn’t follow directions or complete bid properly and won’t be accountable. Lots of other tree companies that are much more professional!
Elite Tree Service recently did an excellent job of clearing thick brush from a large area of my property as well as removing several unwanted trees and trimming remaining trees. The crew members were skilled and efficient. This company has the range of equipment to handle a variety of land clearing challenges. I’m enjoying my reclaimed landscape.
