We booked our vacation with Elite. We could not be more happy with Victoria and the staff at Elite. They helped with everything, when I was having a problem with some paperwork Victoria stepped up and got it done for us. We had a great time and want to thank them for all they did I would recommend booking your travels with them.

We went to Lindsey at Elite travel to help plan our trip to Gatlinburg and they have went above and beyond. When our first cabin had some difficulty they kicked it into over drive. They did everything they could so we could get our full refund from that location and found us another one. That is absolutely what we needed. They all put their heart and soul into what they do.
