I went to Elite Travel on June 9 to book a WDW trip. After only 10 days they called an cancelled us off their books because my daughter had found a resort that fit our budget. They tried several times quoting us a resort that was way over our budget, when they called and canceled us out I told them I would like to see if Disney has a discount rate on the resorts before I reserve. Shannon was absolutely the best. I had started on my own booking a cruise for my husband and myself, for our.first cruise ever and I became overwhelmed. I stopped by Elite Travel and Shannon took me right in and helped me with everything and was so helpful taking our trip in her own hands and making it a wonderful memory. I have used this business for almost 25 years. Carolyn and her staff have saved my bacon more than once, from snowed in at St Louis, to stranded in Chicago, the list goes on. I may be able to book my own flight or hotel, but I don't have background to get through the telephone trees to solve a problem. I recently used them to go to Knoxville and had the best time. Thank you for making my travel memories even better.
