Had a trip planned to Italy in May but unfortunately lost my brother couple weeks before were leaving May, 23, 2026. We of course had trip insurance, which covers the unexpected and unfortunate circumstances. All we needed was to push our trip back ONE day and it should NOT have been a problem because we had insurance. Shannon, Brittany, and the rest of the folks at Elite were fantastic. Our Alaskan trip went off without a single hitch.
Just got back from an Alaskan cruise. Lindsey did EVERYTHING except our flights. We had 5 people and she thought of everything. I will never book on my own again!
