I cannot in good conscience recommend Elite transmission. I manage a company and I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel like this needs to be shared. We initially had my 2019 Buick Enclave at Knippelmier Chevrolet in Blanchard and chose to tow it to Elite Transmissions on March 27th to save a couple thousand dollars on a transmission replacement. Ricky and Ernest are the most professional transmission mechanics I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Fantastic repair and great timing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Don't call this place customer service is awful asked if I could have vehicle towed over said they only do it by appointment and I couldn't have it towed til day before appointment ok thats fine then sir can you set me up an appointment and he started giving me excuses of why he couldn't set me an appointment i at least need transmission work 2 or 3 times a year have 3 at the moment that needs transmissions but cant find a good transmission shop just ridiculous
I have a 2019 Chev Silverado, transmission was bad. Drove from south Oklahoma City to Elite Transmission in Chickasha OK. Best decision I made. They rebuilt my transmission within a week. Truck runs like a new truck. If you need any transmission work, I highly recommend you call Elite Transmission. They have GREAT Customer Service and a great staff. Santa Randy
