I Called the shop for one person but end up trying out another lady to do my daughter hair being that the original lady whom I was requesting for had been out and would be out for awhile. Now I have been going to this barbershop for a number of years. Today when I walked in the barber approached me and told me that he would not service myself nor my family anymore. He cut my sons hair and we all know how important to the youth their appearance is to them, now it’s clear that everyone makes mistakes . He did not cut my sons hair the way it was requested. Awful. He cut my hair and made it very low and uneven. I have to wear a hat or Durag to not show my haircut in public. When I got to ask for a refund he was rude and aggressive saying that I paid for the attempt not the haircut, 33.00 for an haircut not being able to be shown in public. When I ask him does a “professional barber” job to make hair look good he said no I attempt to just cut hair. His work is very inconsistent and sloppy.
