One star is too generous. We had an extremely upsetting experience at this gymnastics facility. The owner aggressively yelled at our daughter and even went so far as to grab her arm—completely inappropriate behavior, especially for someone working with young children. What makes it worse is that despite clear footage showing the incident, the owner denied it ever happened and has refused to take responsibility or offer any kind of reimbursement. My 2 year old LOVED open gym in the bitty bouncers room. It was very clean and safe for him to run around, jump, climb and explore! There were 2-3 coaches in the room that were helping the kids and making sure they were safe. I also loved that open gym was right before nap time. My son keeps asking to go back and we definitely will.
My daughter loves coming too ETA. She rather come to ETA then to dance. Coach Slava is an amazing coach. and he’s an amazing teacher.. they have top notch coaches. everyone is amazing. And my daughter is learning so much
