Suffice it to say that anytime you find a gym with Texas Strength Systems equipment, you're going to be in good hands. I worked out here for about two years after coming back to NJ and needed to escape the craziness of big box gyms in the area. It's an absolute hidden gem right on the main drag in Pompton Lakes that offers a no-nonsense environment for those looking to maximize their time in the gym. Don’t leave many reviews. My son has been going to this gym for years, met Dan a number at times at gym and when he was handling my son firming competitions, he never misses them. All around Nice Guy.

i’ve been to this facility a few times as a guest and have had the best experience every time! the owner and everyone there is so friendly and so welcoming and supportive no matter your fitness background. I highly recommend.

Awesome facility that has a plethora of equipment for powerlifting, strongman, and general strength training. The environment is fantastic. The members are always willing to help and and push each other to strive higher. I would have never set foot competing in powerlifting or strongman otherwise. I've personally worked with Dan, the owner for the past 4 months. He's always providing feedback and has helped me break through smaller plateaus, and build confidence getting under the bar.
