I took advantage of the 5-day trial pass awhile back and while the Muay Thai classes were good, the recovery area (ice bath and infrared sauna) and customer service left a lot to be desired. The sauna was old and had gaps around the door where the rubber had worn off, so you'd get a draft. It also had this electrical buzzing sound inside and the timer didn't work, so you would have to go to the outside timer to see how much time was left.
