Stay away from Elite. Typos all over the formal title - they even got the address wrong in several places. After closing we had issues with the property lines and Terri at Elite was totally unwilling to help us - all she would do is give us legal talk and tell us to go away. Find someone who is more helpful through a difficult process.
The Mandeville Elite Title office is a great place ... Thanks for a very smooth closing... even with the bumbs and bruises you still came through.
