The process seemed to go well until it was determined that the seller didn't disclose their HOA. I asked the HOA if the account ad been taken care of after I found out and they told me it had. I then start to receive emails stating the account was past due. I followed back up with Elite Title due to my insurance policy and got little communication in return.
