My wife and I had a very positive experience with Elite Title when we closed on our new home. Very prepared, very organized, and super nice people. Highly recommend
No stress going to these people, they know their business.
They repeatedly got my name and email incorrect on several documents, even though I had filled them out. I did not receive instructions for closing until the day of the event. Communication was difficult due to the repeated email errors, and they never called, even though they had our phone number.
This company is very inept and incompetent in handling home sales and closing in this day and age. For my closing, they sat on the final details for several days as the closing date was approaching, and even on the day of the closing they still did not have all the information together and providing the lender with incorrect information. This cost me extra dollars as I had to revise my wire transfer amount a couple of times to balance with the final figures.
