Never again. We tried to spare my mother’s mental stability by using a POA my father had done before his passing but a copy wasn’t good enough for them. They demanded that we provide the original and wouldn’t settle without it. Unfortunately we didn’t have it and even contacted the lawyer but he was out of town. So we had to involve my mother who didn’t know what she was signing and got very confused and agitated.
Caused a friend of mine to jump through hoops in order to close. Stay away from elite title if you can.
My wife and I sold a property and had Elite Title & Closing Services do the sale. We worked with Deb and she was absolutely outstanding. I’ve used other companies in the past when selling other properties. Deb and Elite did it with ZERO issues. Never had that happen before. 10 star experience!! Thank you Deb!
