One Star because they “made it right” but not before lying to me about my tire. Came into elite because I had a nail in one of my tires and it was slowly leaking air. After about 40 minutes, this Manager, bald guy, Came to me and said that I had a gouge in my tire and that they patched it but for liability reasons they couldn’t put my tire back on my car. Let me start by saying Tim is amazing! They’ve taken good care of us multiple times now. From the brakes on my car to U-Joints on my husband’s truck. We had a vibration we couldn’t figure out and within a week we went down the list of what it could be to find a solution! They are very respectful and have never made me feel stupid as a woman coming into the shop. They are very reasonably priced, I’ve never felt I was being “overcharged” for services. As a fellow shop owner out of state, highly recommended! Ended up needing a set of tires, they ordered them and had them here next day and also was able to get my oil changed and fuel filter changed before hitting the road. Great customer service!
