I stopped at Elite yesterday with a nail in my tire. It was super busy but they plugged my tire within the hour. The entire staff was nice and friendly and the inside has all been remodeled since it was capitol tire. They gave me an air freshener and some snacks and sent me on my way. 😀 The beat part?? They didn't charge me anything. I will definitely keep doing business with Elite. Great start to my holiday weekend ❤️
I visited Elite with a question about wheel balancing. They were very professional and treated me like I was buying a $1400 set of tires. Their showroom and waiting room are both very clean and bright--the cleanest tire store I've ever seen. They provide water and snacks for those who are waiting for tires or repairs. They are a 5 star operation.
The Elite crew was courteous and a great help replacing a tire tgat allowed us to continue our trip.
We were traveling from PA to TN when one of our low tire indicators came on. We went to Elite without an appointment and they looked at our tire right away. We had a screw and they patched it for free. Excellent customer service!
