I recently had a tire with a slow leak. Elite fit me in on the day I called, worked around my schedule and had the leak fixed with in an hour. To top it off they did not charge me anything for this service even though I didn't buy my tires form them originally. I will be buying my next tires from them. They were great !!

Great experience! Crist helped me pick the tires for my Jetta wagon and so far they have exceeded my expectations. Lot of snow here in Chardon-no problem. Great job
The staff was very professional, clean and accommodating! Building and reception area clean and spacious too. This is not your typical tire shop experience. Excellent service going above and beyond, I will return for additional needs and highly recommend to others.
