Visiting from Ottawa our car suddenly developed a nasty vibration. We were staying nearby so made an appointment for Elite to have a look at it. From the friendly greeting correct diagnosis, speedy repair and great price, I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. It's nice when you leave a place and feel like your business is truly appreciated. Robert was quick to respond to our inquiries, the techs were friendly and knowledgeable and had us back on the road in no time. Well done, Elite!
Robert and team gave exceptional service. Needed new tires for a small sport trailer and all season tires for an SUV. Great price for tires and install with rapid response - as we were only in town for a short period - and he got it all organized. Thanks!
Exceptional communication process and extremely personable staffing and management. Yaksh & Rob are top shelf. I just suited my daughter up with some excellent winter tires & the process was great!
Friendly staff & quick service. Love the option for same day appointments due to my unpredictable schedule!
