I had a wonderful massage here with Kayla B at the Moorhead location. She was a great listener to all my health issues and gave a great massage in all the places that I needed most. She was very efficient with time, and she was very knowledgeable of the muscular structure of the body and about the aftercare I needed to take to maximize the effectiveness of the massage. Great massage. First time, but the whole staff is wonderful! Very patient. If there was a language barrier issue, it went unnoticed by me. Smiles, laughs and dialogue throughout. Welcoming, but most importantly, consistent. Hate meeting new masseuses every week. Want someone I can open up to and can remember how I like my massage. They all made me feel comfortable. I'm gonna be a regular from this point on.
I have never been at a cleaner place! And very fancy. I was greeted with smiles from ear to ear, the ancient proverb says, don't start a shop without a smiling face, well I am glad this place opened. I get massages many times and I thought I would try this place with my $10 coupon which cost me $60 for an hour massage. Biggest ripoff! They can hardly speak any english, which okay, I can be fine with that. But the lady took four phone calls during my massage. She didn't add any lost time to the end of the hour and she finished 5 minutes early! I paid for my massage prior, fine that is okay.
