Refuses to issue me a refund of $111.28. According to their website, which they don't deny, if they can't fix something there is no charge. Problem is, in order to see if they can fix something, they have to charge you first. I've used them before and was happy. No longer. The only person who can issue the refund is James White. Good luck finding him. This happened the end of October, 2917. It is now December 1, 2017.
Ps3 needed work.these guys are awesome and courteous and had it done in a couple days.Highly recommend and will go to them again in the future.
