Always a good vibe, good instruction and lot of women to train with including a whole bunch of female black belts to learn from. Highly recommend 10/10
Tom is very friendly and welcoming, so most of the toxic people get weeded out of his classes, leaving all very friendly and motivated students. Every class you attend will have a multitude of higher belt levels, the class I went to on Wednesday had like 8-12 black belts. The facility is clean and has plenty of amenities. Nogi and Gi classes happen daily except Sunday at multiple times, way more options than other gyms in the area.
